Abbigel Sadhu

or just call me 'Abby' 🙂

"I make complex projects deliver."

I manage international, EU-funded projects that make the food industry more sustainable — coordinating 22 partners across 13 countries, owning six-figure budgets, and turning complex stakeholder landscapes into aligned, delivered outcomes. If it involves bringing people together to move the needle on food and sustainability, that's where I thrive.

Abbigel Sadhu
The backstory

Why I Do This

I've always been drawn to the intersection where food systems meet real-world impact. But what I love most isn't the science itself — it's making things happen. Taking a room full of stakeholders from 13 different countries and turning that complexity into a project that actually delivers. That's what gets me out of bed.

My career has taken me from food technology and operations management to leading international EU-funded initiatives with six-figure budgets, tight deadlines, and dozens of moving parts. What I've learned is that great project management in this space isn't just about timelines and budgets — it's about understanding the domain deeply enough to earn trust and drive alignment.

"I don't just manage projects — I bring the right people together, remove the blockers, and make sure we ship."

Today, I manage international project workstreams in the food and sustainability space — facilitating workshops with 150+ participants, managing compliance across EU frameworks, and turning complex sustainability data into decisions that stakeholders can act on.

What guides me

What I Stand For

Beyond skills and experience — these are the principles that shape how I work, lead, and make decisions.

Delivery Over Documentation

Plans are important, but outcomes matter more. I focus on what actually moves the project forward.

Cross-Border by Default

I've managed teams across 13 countries. Navigating cultural nuance and building trust across borders is second nature.

Stakeholders as Partners

The best outcomes come from bringing people together, not managing them from above. I earn trust and drive alignment.

Sustainability with Substance

I don't treat sustainability as a buzzword. I bring the domain expertise to ensure projects deliver real environmental impact.
