I manage international, EU-funded projects that make the food industry more sustainable — coordinating 22 partners across 13 countries, owning six-figure budgets, and turning complex stakeholder landscapes into aligned, delivered outcomes. If it involves bringing people together to move the needle on food and sustainability, that's where I thrive.
I've always been drawn to the intersection where food systems meet real-world impact. But what I love most isn't the science itself — it's making things happen. Taking a room full of stakeholders from 13 different countries and turning that complexity into a project that actually delivers. That's what gets me out of bed.
My career has taken me from food technology and operations management to leading international EU-funded initiatives with six-figure budgets, tight deadlines, and dozens of moving parts. What I've learned is that great project management in this space isn't just about timelines and budgets — it's about understanding the domain deeply enough to earn trust and drive alignment.

Today, I manage international project workstreams in the food and sustainability space — facilitating workshops with 150+ participants, managing compliance across EU frameworks, and turning complex sustainability data into decisions that stakeholders can act on.

Owning end-to-end delivery of the German-funded ErnteWert initiative and the EU-HORIZON LegumES project — coordinating 22 partners across 13 countries. Managing €100K+ budgets, ensuring regulatory conformity, and driving stakeholder alignment from kick-off to delivery. Facilitating workshops with 150+ participants and presenting project outcomes at 5 international conferences including LCA Food 2024 and IFT 2025.

DIL — German Institute of Food Technologies, Quakenbrück
Coordinated cradle-to-gate sustainability assessments for alternative protein products, aligning project deliverables with EU and German market requirements. Built LCA models in SimaPro to support strategic decision-making on market entry and procurement.

Flink, Kassel
Managed supplier relationships and cross-department communication to ensure seamless supply chains for fresh produce. Tracked KPIs to optimize delivery reliability, achieving a 20% efficiency improvement through cross-functional coordination. Supported logistics and procurement teams in demand-driven sourcing and distribution.
